Our Athletic Club is excited to announce that Sandra Goncharoff of Vail Valley Pilates is now offering sessions in its Pilates Studio weekly on Mondays – Thursdays.

Goncharoff, who previously owned two other successful fitness businesses in the Vail Valley - Synergy, a Pilates and yoga studio in Avon, and Pure Barre Vail Valley in Edwards – will be holding both group classes and private lessons at the Athletic Club at The Westin.

Vail Valley Pilates will be offering free group Pilates classes at the Athletic Club this Monday – Thursday, Nov. 7-10th and all Pilates packages are discounted 10 percent if purchased by Nov. 11th

Goncharoff holds Pilates certifications from New York’s The PhysicalMind Institute and California’s Body Arts and Science International. “Sandra has a very loyal following in the Vail Valley and we are excited to be able to offer her unique style of teaching and fitness philosophy as an adjunct to the fitness program at the Athletic Club at the Westin,” said Athletic Club Director Jennifer Razee. “Members will have the convenience of a second Pilates program being offered under one roof.”
