The Athletic Club at The Westin is currently accepting new members, with monthly fees starting at $130 for individuals and $200 for families, plus a one-time initiation fee. A 60-minutes session is available for any fitness or spiritual awareness class. Choose from activities such as cardio-circuit workout, a relaxed private lesson in stretching, aqua or swim lessons or your favorite aerobic class. Strength-training home-program development is also available.

Athletic Stretching: Designed specifically to balance the muscles that move you. A personalized program to meet your specific athletic needs, involving stretching and strengthening techniques to enhance range of motion. Results lead to increased performance. 30 minutes
Movement Analysis: Learn to improve alignment, muscle tone, posture and increase range of motion. Retrain muscles to maintain correct alignment with a biomechanical evaluation. 60 minute
Physical & Nutritional Assessment: Our trainers are available to help evaluate your journey of health and wellness. A variety of assessments are available including: active and resting metabolic testing (using New Leaf Technology), body composition analysis, and fitness and nutritional assessments. Group Fitness Center
Due to the popularity of our group fitness classes, we recommend reservations be made 24 hours in advance. All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of class. For your safety and the courtesy of others, late arrivals are not permitted in class. Class fee $20 unless otherwise noted.
Yoga: Create balance, strength and flexibility through this 5,000-year-old Indian art form. Engage your mind, body and spirit - anjali.
Meditation Forms: Experience inner awareness and peace with a variety of meditation styles.
Mat Pilates: A systematic series of floor exercises that help you improve your body's form and function. Strengthens abdominal and torso muscles - the core of movement. All levels welcome.
Chair Pilates: Working on exclusive chair equipment, use your entire body to coordinate movements that increase flexibility, core strength and balance in time-efficient workouts. All levels welcome.

Sports Train: Get results that power you forward in whatever you do with a complete workout that improves strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
Outdoor Ski Conditioning: Enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors and make the most of your winter season while you prepare for all your favorite sports. Whether you are a competitive racer or just trying to improve your form on the slopes, our coaches will help you reach your goals. 90 minutes
Cycle Fit: An indoor cycling program that follows a variety of road courses to meet your individual goals. Choose from coastal, mountain, all-terrain or join us for a local favorite - Vail Pass.
These classes change with the season and may include hiking, rafting, yoga, trekking, snowshoe tours and boot camps.
Rise and Shine: A great way to start your day, meet us daily for this brisk summer walk or winter snowshoe along the Eagle River. 60 minutes. Complimentary summer walk.
Club Run: Leave the treadmill for another day and get out on one of our beautiful running paths. Experience the beauty that surrounds us. 60 minutes. Complimentary.
Club Ride: Join one of our cycling coaches for an outdoor training ride. Come prepared for inclement weather. Bike and gear not provided. 90 minutes.
Master's Swim: Participate in our daily coached workout. Learn proper form and technique in the water. All levels are welcome. For the athlete in all of us. 90 minutes.
